Project Schedule & information for Phase 3 of Philip Griffitts Sr. Parkway in Bay County, Florida | The Philip Griffitts Sr. Parkway, previously known as the Bay Parkway, stretches eastward from State Road 79 to Nautilus Street since the completion of Phases 1 and 2 of the project. Phase 3, currently in the Project Development and Environmental Study and Design component of the project, will begin at Clara Avenue and connect to Chip Seal Parkway.
